Tudors and Bungalows Galore

Welcome to Morningside / Lenox Park!

Intown Atlanta living at its finest!
Morningside is one of Intown Atlanta's most sought after neighborhoods. It's proximity to Midtown and Piedmont Park, as well as access to nearly every interstate make it a heartbeat of the city. Treelined streets, beautiful tudors and bungalows, mixed in with new construction offer something for every price point.

What to Love

  • Access to Piedmont Park and Midtown
  • Abundant parks and greenspaces
  • Highly rated schools
  • Friendly, welcoming atmosphere

Dining, Entertainment, & Shopping

Whiskey Bird - A favorite among many Intown dwellers, Whiskey Bird's ability to blend the Asian American fusion so well is dynamite. Simply put, they get what the neighborhood wants- as recently they began offering to go drinks through a window in the front and fresh prepared take out (order in advance) for special occasions. Find yourself in cocktail heaven with light bites and larger plates - should you desire to fill up!

Alon's Bakery & Market - Alon's is the type of market that you can't help but stop at everytime you pass by. Carefully curated baked goods and fresh prepared food are their staples - but the sandwiches and salads are also fantastic. Birthday parties in the neighborhood more than likely have an Alon's bag of cookies nearby. They also offer a great selection of beverages for adults and children alike.

Nowak's - The neighborhood steak house with an upscale twist. Everyone is welcome at Nowak's and the atmosphere is top notch. Their beef is locally raised and consistently delicious. The best part is that an evening at Nowak's can be perfect for a birthday party with your friends or just a quick bite at their lovely bar alone.

Highland Fine Wine - One of the best wine shops in Atlanta, hands down. This place has carefully selected wines from across the globe with very knowledgable employees, always making sure you take home exactly what your palette requires.

Things to Do

Morningside Farmers Market - Every Saturday 8AM - 11:30AM at Morningside Presbyterian Church. One of Atlanta's best organic markets, serving the Atlanta community with certified organic produce, local meats, breads and goods year round!

City parks and greenspaces to visit are spread around the neighborhood - including Morningside Nature Preserve, Wildwood Park, Daniel Johnson Nature Preserve, Herbert Taylor Park, Sunken Garden Park, Lenox-Wildwood Park, and Sidney Marcus Park.

Morningside and Lenox Park is zoned within the Atlanta City Schools District and are highly sought after. Morningside Elementary has a reputation to be one of the best elementary schools in the city and Howard Middle / Midtown High are also favorably rated.

  • Morningside Elementary or Virginia Highland Elementary
  • David T. Howard Middle School
  • Midtown High School - Formerly known as Grady High School
